Rosie Jones

Regularly considered among the top American golfers on the LPGA Tour, Rosie Jones started to play at age 11, playing her junior golf in Albuquerque. She won three straight New Mexico Junior Championships (1974-1976) and won the New Mexico State Championship in 1979. She was named to Ohio State University’s collegiate All-America team in 1981 and turned pro in 1982.

Rosie is known as a great competitor, terrific with fairway woods and hybrids, and as an excellent strategist in course management. 2005 was her last full year on the tour. Always popular with peers and fans, Rosie now plays a few tour events each year and works as a broadcaster for The Golf Channel. She resides in Atlanta, Georgia.
